NO NONSENSE
At CrossFit Family, we don’t play around. We know you lead an active, busy life and you have goals. It is our job to help you achieve your FITNESS GOALS. We take that job very seriously. So while it seems like tire-flipping, ball throwing, box-jumping and crab walking are all about fun and games, the reality is it is hard work. That’s the bad news. The good news is you don’t have to think about it, we’ll plan each and every workout to help you get you into the best shape of your life. We will push you, support you and motivate you. Just when you think you have given all, we will expect more. In the end, it is this no-nonsense approach that will pay off for you because nothing works like healthy eating and hard exercise.
NO EXCUSES
We’ve heard them all and you know what? They don’t mean squat! We don’t care if you inherited your mother’s thighs, or you think you are too told, or you are still carrying around “baby fat” even though your kid is about it start middle school. And guess what? WE ARE ALL BUSY. That’s right: Most of us work jobs (at least one), raise kids, and deal with in-laws, holidays, demanding bosses (and spouses). Again, it is hard work to get yourself to the gym everyday, but doesn’t your body—the one that gets up everyday and puts in so much work for you—deserve at least 20 minutes at day so it can be strong, fit and healthy for many years to come?

And finally, what it is really all about: Results. If you work out every day on machines, in slow motion, or running mile after mile, are you really getting anywhere? If in an emergency, you needed to drag your spouse out of danger, could you? Could you pull your own body weight up if you needed to? Can you squat without losing your balance? Without pain? Can you lift a bag of heavy dog food? Are those muscles just for looks or do they work? Show up at least five days a week for about 20 minutes a day for two months, follow our food plan seven days a week, and discover what it feels like to be your strongest, most attractive, confident self.
