       With more about 60 opportunities to train each week, "I just don't have time" really doesn't fly around here. CrossFitN30 runs classes morning, noon and night. Typically, we limit classes to eight members to ensure everyone is getting the personal attention they deserve, but we work hard to accommodate all members so everyone has an opportunity to get in a workout each day.
       Classes are by appointment only, so if you see a time you like, please contact CrossFitN30 at (407) 415-0679. As always, the first workout is FREE to potential members, but you MUST make an appointment.
